1) Assistant Export Manager – Job Type (Full Time)
2–4 years of experience in export. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

• Assist in managing daily export operations and international shipments
• Coordinate with international clients regarding orders, documentation, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and review export documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Communicate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and logistics partners
• Support in handling export inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Maintain proper records of shipments and client correspondence
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in export/import operations (preferably in surgical instruments industry)
• Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in dealing with international clients
• Familiarity with ERP systems and export compliance requirements
• Good English writing and speaking skills

2) Export Manager
5–8 years of relevant experience in export management (preferably in the surgical/dental instruments industry) Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

• Lead and manage overall export operations, ensuring smooth order processing and timely shipments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors
• Handle export inquiries, negotiations, quotations, and contract finalization
• Oversee preparation and verification of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, etc.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and clearing agents to ensure on-time delivery
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into new international markets
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation standards, and company policies
• Monitor export performance and prepare regular sales and shipment reports
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in export management (preferably in the surgical/dental instruments industry)
• Strong understanding of export procedures, international logistics, and trade documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Experience in handling international clients and market development
• Familiarity with ERP systems and export compliance requirements
